For Stream 1, the invitation breakdown was as follows: Exercise 1 – Qualifying diploma + priority occupation (TEER 1–2) issued 31 invitations; Exercise 2 – Qualifying diploma + priority occupation (TEER 2) issued 5 invitations; Exercise 3 – Qualifying diploma + priority occupation (TEER 0–2) issued 38 invitations. All Stream 1 invitations targeted TEER 0–2 occupations and candidates currently residing in Québec with at least 12 months of work experience within the last five years.
While the report highlights Stream 1’s numbers, it also confirms that Stream 2 received the largest overall share of invitations in this round, reflecting Québec’s ongoing emphasis on filling intermediate and skilled labor gaps.
