Within the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway, three selection categories were used: employment in a qualifying NOC code; employment in a manufacturing or utilities occupation; and Francophone designation. The Skilled Worker Stream – Manitoba and Overseas involved direct invitations under a strategic recruitment initiative.\n\nIn Manitoba, LAAs were issued across the following pathways and categories: 74 LAAs for recruitment targeting a qualifying NOC code, 605 LAAs for manufacturing or utilities occupations, and 17 LAAs for Francophones under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba route; plus 70 LAAs issued directly under the Manitoba and Overseas segment of the Skilled Worker Stream.
