CELPIP Test Scores Now Delivered in Just 3–4 Business Days

Maple News reports a major update from the CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) test provider that will bring relief to thousands of immigration hopefuls: test results are now available significantly faster, with most candidates receiving their scores in just 3 to 4 business days.

This expedited scoring system is part of CELPIP’s ongoing efforts to make immigration and employment pathways to Canada smoother for international applicants. The faster turnaround time means applicants can begin or continue their Permanent Residence, work permit, or professional licensing applications without lengthy delays.

Test takers will receive their results directly in their CELPIP online accounts and can opt-in to receive SMS notifications once the results are ready. This update is especially beneficial for individuals with tight timelines for immigration or job applications that require proof of English language proficiency.

In addition to quicker score delivery, CELPIP has also expanded its global availability. The test can now be taken in over 20 countries, including India, Nigeria, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, the United States, and increasingly popular migration destinations such as Australia, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Locations across Asia, the Middle East, and South America have also seen increased availability.

According to Maple News, this expansion is expected to improve access to CELPIP outside of Canada, making it easier for test takers worldwide to plan and complete the exam in a location closer to home.

To support candidates in preparing for the test, CELPIP continues to offer a suite of free and paid resources. These include expert-led webinars, preparation workshops, practice tests, and community stories from previous test takers. These resources are designed to help individuals perform confidently and successfully on test day.

Whether you’re an Express Entry applicant, a skilled worker, or a student applying under Canada’s study visa streams, English proficiency is a key requirement. CELPIP’s faster reporting and broader accessibility are steps toward reducing bottlenecks in the application process for newcomers.

With more testing centers being added regularly, prospective candidates are encouraged to stay up-to-date by following CELPIP’s official communications for announcements of new testing sites.
